VideoToTranscript Terms of Use

Subject to these Terms, VideoToTranscript grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes. We may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access at any time.

You retain ownership and grant VideoToTranscript a limited license needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and enforce the Services.

Automated transcripts, captions, subtitles, summaries, speaker labels, timestamps, translations, and exports may contain errors, omissions, formatting issues, or inaccurate interpretations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, submitting, or relying on them.

Some features may be free, paid, subscription-based, credit-based, or usage-limited. If you purchase a paid feature, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, used purchases, subscriptions, and credits may be non-refundable.

Each user is responsible for their own User Content and conduct. We do not control all User Content and have no obligation to become involved in disputes between users or third parties.

VideoToTranscript may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to store preferences, keep users signed in, analyze usage, improve performance, support security, and optimize experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You may use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Services, bypass safeguards, overload systems, scrape data, submit malware, impersonate others, harass people, make fraudulent disputes, infringe rights, process unauthorized content, violate laws, resell the Services without permission, or transfer your account without consent.

You may not use the Services for illegal activity, exploitative sexual material, content involving minors, unlawful explicit material, rights-infringing content, unauthorized private recordings, harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, malware, phishing, scams, fraud, or attempts to evade safety or legal systems.

Sections that should survive termination will survive.

VideoToTranscript respects intellectual property rights. You may not use the Services to process or publish infringing content. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice with required information to [email protected].

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VideoToTranscript and related parties from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, User Content, violation of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or unauthorized processing of media content.
